Yes — we work carefully around fitted units, hobs and worktops. We'll mask and protect everything.
Herringbone — do you charge extra?+
Pattern work takes longer and produces more cuts, so it's priced accordingly. We'll be upfront in the quote.
Can you remove old tiles?+
Yes — strip-out and substrate prep included where needed. Disposal handled.
Do you fit Lusso Stone / Mandarin Stone / Topps?+
We fit tiles from any supplier — we have favourites, but you choose.
